University Square Condominiums was established in 1984 and consists of 12 floors with a mixture of 1-2 bedroom units totaling 109.   In 2006 the entire exterior of the building was replaced providing a “Brand New” look to the building.  Just a few years later, 2008, the entire lobby was renovated along with the fitness center.
