USC 2009 Annual Homeowners Meeting

The annual board meeting will be held in November 10th at 6pm in the USC Lobby. It would be great to see all of the homeowners and hear any ideas and suggestion on management of the property.

September 2009

For September, the board has purchased 4 HVAC 2 1/2 ton units and will be replacing units on the 2nd, 6th, and 10th Floor. There are several more units to be replaced and will be budgeted for 2010.

August 2009-Condensate Lines

As of August 2009, all of the condensate lines have been thoroughly cleaned and flushed. It is highly recommended that all tenants become familiar with the preventive measure to prevent any future build up, ergo causing leaks into individual units. The board has purchased several bottles of Pan pills and will provide an update on where to place these pills in each units HVAC condensate line.
